Oindrila returns with her ‘Beloved’ after 10yrs

Oindrila Ahmed, daughter of the legendary late actor Bulbul Ahmed, has been walking on the path of acting since childhood. However, the model-actress was absent from acting for the past ten years. And now, she is all set to make her comeback with the tele-drama ‘Beloved’, where she will be seen acting opposite popular actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba. Rubel Hasan has directed the tele-drama, while its story came from actor Apurba. The shooting for the tele-drama completed yesterday after filming in the capital’s Uttara area. Apurba told DhakaLive that the story focuses on any decision taken emotionally by two good hearted people could be wrong and one should thoroughly investigate before doing any work. About her return to acting, Oindrila said, “I’m fascinated by the outburst and good wishes I’m receiving on my return to the acting and this also is inspiring me to continue my acting. I really like the platform of acting and I have been on this platform since childhood. It didn’t feel at all that I’m returning after a long break. This is the first time, I’m working with Apurba. I really enjoyed acting with him and he also supported me a lot.” Oindrila also thanked the director of the tele-drama for giving her the opportunity to return to acting again.
“I did not feel that I am acting with Oindrila for the first time. It felt like we have been friends for a long time. I hope the audience will like our first drama together”, Apurba said about acting with Oindrila. The tele-drama also includes Khalekuzzaman, Kayes Chowdhury, Sabiha Zaman and Tarek Niyazi in different characters. ‘Beloved’ will be aired on a satellite television channel on the Valentine’s Day in the coming year.
